45 luxurious residences in the heart of Surrey Hills

For decades, this Surry Hills site was home to The Golf House, a Sydney institution with its neon sign becoming a cultural landmark piece now forming part of a collection at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum. 

The architects wanted a sun-shading solution that complemented the innovative and premium design and could be operated by the occupants of each residence.
