Challenge

The client wanted a solution that added elegance to the design of the building, provided minimal obstruction of the view and could be completely retracted when not in use.

Blinds needed to have wind and sun-tracking.

Solution

Warema External Venetian Blinds

  • Warema 100mm flat-slat blinds
  • Warema Climatronic central control system with weather station
  • Blinds are programmed to track the sun and modulate the penetration of light throughout the day
  • Scenes were programmed that allow the blinds to be operated together with a single input from the controller or remote control
  • Vaucluse Home with external venetian blinds facing Sydney harbour
